Official Georgia 811 Business Notification
Duluth, GA - February 2, 2011 - Georgia 811 will be conducting
scheduled phone server maintenance on Thursday, February 9th, from
7:00pm until 10:00pm. During this time the Call Center will be
unavailable to accept damage and emergency notices. However, the
following services will be available during the maintenance: EDEN
web entry, PRIS (telnet, web, and phone), corporate email and
corporate websites.
In the event of a utility damage or emergency please contact the
affected utility directly during this time, and then call Georgia
811 once the maintenance has been completed. As a reminder, EDEN
web ticket entry is available 24/7.
