Homeowners may now apply online for locate requests from Georgia
811. This means that homeowners and DIYer's are able to enter
information online that is then transmitted to a Georgia 811 CSR.
This CSR then creates the locate request and sends the completed
ticket back to the homeowner along with a copy of the ticket text
and ticket number.
Many of you have information about Georgia 811 on your websites
- both internally and externally. We ask that you update that
information.
