GUFPA Training

About GUFPA

The UPC GUFPA Illustrated training class provides accurate and complete details of the Georgia Utility Facility Protection Act to companies or persons found in violation of the GUFPA whom are wishing to mitigate fines imposed by the Georgia Public Service Commission, and to companies or persons requesting in-depth GUFPA training on a voluntary basis.

We offer one class per month at the UPC in Duluth (map).The dates are listed on this page. We also offer remote training and on-site training for those that are not close to the office.
