What is Positive Response?

Positive Response is a way you can track the status of your utility lines being marked through this website. Simply follow the instructions below. A status window will appear on your screen. If any line has not been marked by the afternoon of your locate date, please call the UPC of Georgia at 1-800-282-7411 statewide and 770-623-4344 locally.

Ticket Number Layout:

  1. Click Here to go to Positive Response Screen
  2. Type in ticket number - as shown above
  3. Hit Search
  4. Scroll to bottom of page to view Positive Response
  5. Hit “View Ticket Text” button to view & print out ticket
