About Member Service Area Mapping
When a facility owner joins the UPC, the liaison manager in their area will work with the new member to map their service area. This allows us to know what areas they need to be notified in.
Our goal is to have members learn how to perform these actions online by themselves. This will allow members to manage their service area(s) and make necessary changes when required. Click here to find instructions on how to maintain your service area.
In some cases a current member will need to modify their current service area by either adding new grids or deleting unnecessary grids. Once the facility owner has made the necessary changes they MUST then contact the Member Services Department so that the changes can be saved into production.
